General Terms and Conditions

Delivery:

Leonhard Groetsch tries to treat you in all conscience.

The delivery will be made by insured post (DHL) or forwarding agent; the painting also can be collected personally. For the delivery of completed paintings Leonhard asks for minimum a week after payment. Prices mean without frame, or something else is said.

For portrait orders an exact date of delivery can not be given. Only orders for oil portraits are accepted with a size between 50 x 70 cm and 90 x 120 cm. Normally portraits need a period of several months.

The fees are to be paid by the buyer. For questions regarding delivery please contact Leonhard. You get an invoice via email which includes the price and the delivery costs. The invoice is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. Orders over € 1000 are free of charges. Packages and duties will not be charged. A message of the date of delivery will be send via email.

Delivery costs inclusive insurance:

  • paintings on paper without frame 10 € Germany
  • paintings on paper without frame 15 € Europe
  • paintings on paper without frame 20 € International
  • oilpaintings without frame 30 € Germany
  • oilpaintings without frame 40 € Europe
  • oilpaintings without frame 40 € International

Delivery through forwarding agent needs special treatment as far as the costs are concerned.

Return:

Return delivery only, if the seller is responsible for any damages and the delivery firm is not bearing the damage. If this happens any payments will be returned and the return delivery costs will be paid by the seller.

No return accepted if you only do not like the painting despite you got it in good condition.

Payment:

Cash payment upon pickup, guaranteed bank cheque or PayPal. Please use the PayPal link. For portrait orders a prepayment of 30 % will be requested. (July, 2010)
